Research and workshops
I conducted benchmarking practices surrounding API landscapes. I also facilitate multiple workshop sessions with 50+ stakeholders from developers, clients, product owners, relationship managers etc. to understand their needs and pain points regarding the old axess.sc.com.
One Design system strategy alignment
As the API team is a new platform aside from the usual transactional platforms, components are created to fit a larger marketing audience.

To add on, many products and platforms in the bank are having separated design systems or some not even using a design system at all.

I created a pattern documentation and strategy alignment governance
Prototyping High-fi
Site architecture and concept ideation was done on Figma to actualize the new revamped API platform.

Development of CMS
A content management system (CMS) was developed to manage the content on the new platform through a wix-a-wix editor format.
Going live
A lot of media coverage and presentation during the Bangkok Money 20/20 to announce the launch of the open banking marketplace.
